গরীবের সম্পদ হরন ।
তুমি কি , সমাজসেবী , দয়ালু নেতার
হাজারো কথার বুলি ।
আধুনিকতা , তুমি কি ক্ষমতার লোভে,
বিক্রিত ঈমান ।
তুমি কি , সহজ সরল খুকির বিক্রি পেপারের,
অন্যায়ভাবে লুন্ঠনকারী ।
আধুনিকতা , তুমি কি সহজ সরল সালামের,
বিকৃত উত্তর ।
তুমি কি , ছোট ছেলেটার সেই পবিত্র সালামের ,
মনভাংগা বিদ্রুপকার ।
আধুনিকতা , তুমি কি নিরাপত্তার কঠোর চাদর বলে.
হাজার ,হাজার ,ধর্ষন, হত্যা আর জুলুম ।
তুমি কি , দাতার নামে বিজ্ঞাপনদাতা সেজে,
হাজারো চাটুকার ।
আধুনিকতা , তুমি কি অবাধ মুখের উক্তি বলে,
মহামানবকে অপমান ।
তুমি কি, দেশের উন্নয়নের নামে ,
অবাধ দুর্নীতি ।
